Divorce Mediation Services
Do you want to agree the arrangements for children and finances with your former partner but find it hard to speak with them constructively?
Mediation provides professional help and a structured framework for your discussions to move forward. It is usually completed in 3 to 5 sessions. We aim to provide a flexible environment to allow you to achieve a tailored solution.
Our mediators are neutral. Although they are solicitors they cannot give legal advice to you or your spouse/partner within the mediation process but will encourage each of you to consult with your own independent solicitor to draft a legally effective agreement at the end of it.
