Complaints Procedure

We encourage clients to raise problems at an early stage with the person responsible for the day-to-day conduct of their case. This usually enables a quick and informal resolution of the issues.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can ask for assistance through the legal ombudsman at or postal address P. O. Box: 15870, Birmingham B13 9EB to consider your complaint. Normally you will need to bring a complaint to the legal ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
