Hadia Hafizi

Hadia is an ACCA-qualified Accounts Manager who has been at Shortlands since 2019. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial management, ensuring its finances are managed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Hadia specialises in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and maintaining robust financial controls. She has a thorough understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s financial processes remain compliant and effective. Working closely with the firm’s Director, Hadia provides financial insight to support strategic decision-making and the continued growth of the business. Her role also includes monitoring financial performance, preparing management accounts, and maintaining the integrity of the firm’s financial systems, helping to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the practice.
