Costs

Wherever possible we try to provide an fixed fee especially if matters are agreed. If the case is pursued at court then again an estimate of costs is provided and updated regularly so that you do not receive a heavy bill at a stressful time. We aim to be reasonable with our costs whist still providing expert and personal service.

International Assets

International assets do cause a problem but that is not to say that the English courts will simply disregard them. In the right circumstances foreign accounts can be frozen and further disclosure ordered by the English courts. If they are regarded as matrimonial property then they will be taken into account when considering the overall financial settlement.
